JNTUH OD through the ONLINE STUDENT SERVICES

I am Sai Krishna and my question is regarding the OD, I registered in the Pre-Convocation mode in November 2022 but was unable to apply then, and when I am trying to apply for the OD now it is showing an "Exception Error". I am a 2022 passed-out student and while checking the convocation details it is showing that I have already applied for the OD but I didn't and no one is responding to my mails or phone calls. And in the FAQ's it is given that at present there is no OD...
