Urgent-Need Help regarding OD

I’m 2005 passed and have applied for OD 10 days i.e on 11/04/2023. The status of my OD is still showing PRINTING from past 7 days. How much time does JNTUH take to dispatch the document??? I need my OD to apply for a visa hence reaching out for help.
